Turn any acquired agency's mess into one clean, standardized book.
Atlas is the data-ingestion engine for our agency roll-up. Put any agency's cluttered book of business — old management systems, spreadsheets, carrier PDFs — into the shredder, and get perfect, structured data out, ready to load into Biird and run at scale.

→ 12,402 records · 5 carriers · 3,108 members02 / Standardize
One canonical format for every record.
Atlas maps every messy source into a single standard shape — member, dependent, plan, premium, effective dates, broker-of-record, and commission. One book, one schema, no matter how it came in.
- Deterministic field mapping per source system
- Members, dependents, plans & premiums unified
- Broker-of-record and commission normalized

}03 / Audit & validate
Catch every gap before it reaches the book.
Atlas flags gaps, duplicates, missing dependents, and commission mismatches, then routes the low-confidence records to a human to clear. Nothing enters the clean book until it checks out.
- Automated gap, duplicate & dependent checks
- Commission reconciliation against carrier statements
- Exception queue with human-in-the-loop review
04 / Load
Hand a clean, complete book to Biird.
Once validated, Atlas loads the book straight into Biird, where it's managed day-to-day. The acquisition is live, the data is trustworthy, and Atlas's job for that agency is done.
- One-click load into Biird
- Full lineage from source to canonical record
- Migration complete — retention protected
The source-ingestion library grows with every acquisition.
Atlas's moat is its growing, reusable set of connectors and parsers. Every system it learns to read makes the next acquisition faster.
A new way to absorb acquisitions.
Atlas is one layer of the Marvelous stack — the engine that turns a signed acquisition into a clean, running book.

“Atlas scales how fast we can acquire agencies; Biird scales how well we run them.”
Built for the roll-up, scoped with discipline.
Atlas does one job per acquisition — and does it completely. Everything else is somebody else's layer.
What Atlas does
- Ingests any agency's data from any source
- Standardizes every record into one canonical format
- Audits, validates, and routes exceptions to a human
- Loads the clean, complete book into Biird
What Atlas does not do
- Not the day-to-day platform — that's Biird
- Not ongoing carrier communication
- Not insurance, underwriting, or advice
- Not a money mover — that's Thatch / Ramp
- Not customer-facing — it's an internal engine
The flywheel
- Every system and format it learns becomes a reusable connector
- The source-ingestion library compounds with each acquisition
- Lean staffing — automation means few admins per book
- The 10th agency migrates faster than the 1st
Who builds it
Built by The Marvelous Company.
Phoenix, ArizonaAtlas is an internal engine. The Marvelous founder and engineers log in and see each acquired agency as its own workspace — ingestion progress, percent clean, exceptions to review, and lives migrated. It's the same view an acquirer sees in diligence.
We're building it in Arizona for a simple reason: clean data at the ownership handoff is how we protect retention, our number-one KPI. A book that once took months to migrate by hand is clean in days.
Put the mess in the shredder.
Messy book in, clean canonical book out — ready for Biird.
